75th Anniversary Quilt Raffle
Belwood has been given two beautiful quilts to help us raise the money we need to keep making Camp perfect! These quilts are hand-made by Mrs. Emma Martin, a long-time quilter in Waterloo Region.
Anyone donating to Belwood between now and November 5th will automatically be included in this raffle! The first prize winner will get the first pick of the quilt they wish and the second prize winner gets the other.
It's Time To Break Ground:
Our Breaking Ground Initiative Has Begun!
We have officially embarked on what will likely be the biggest project our camp has ever endeavoured - a full upgrade of the Septic system.
Due to changing regulations from the Ministry many camps as old as ours require a full replacement of their septic systems.
In order to keep Belwood thriving, we are marching through this challenge with great dedication and care. We are currently asking for donations through a GoFundMe initiative. If you can, please consider contributing here:

Another way you can support us is by Credit Card (NEW!) or through Paypal. All our donations go directly to improving the site and program for the participants. You can donate online here:
We can also accept donations by cheque if you prefer. Please make cheques out to Belwood Lodge and Camp

Belwood is overseen by an all-volunteer membership that ensures the camp continues to provide the summer experience campers expect and the summer respite caregivers deserve. These members are family of campers and staff, former staff, and concerned community members. We are entrepreneurs, legal, financial and medical professionals, educators, administrators, caregivers and retirees. From this membership, we elect a Board of Directors.
The success of Belwood depends on a diverse set of skills from our membership, but our pool of talent always requires renewal. We need people with skills to contribute to the organization and who hold high, the interest of our campers. Our greatest need now is camper families who will give us first-hand experience with larger camper life.
If you can help, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 519-843-1211 and we will direct you to the Board President for more information.
