Apply to come to camp!


Want to come to Belwood?  We would love to have you!  There's a few steps to follow to get registered, so let's dive in!

  1. Please review the dates, rates and spaces section to make sure your desired stay works with our calendar.

  2. Head on over to the CampBrain Portal and create a username and Household.

  3. Fill out all the necessary forms (this will be outlined once you get started).  You will need the participant's full name, health card, and (if applicable), credit card information.

  4. Once submitted, please allow us some time to review.  For 2024, we will be confirming acceptance via e-mail AND sending a paper acceptance for your participant to receive AND have the all the information you need readily available.

  5. Once you are accepted, we will guide you on how to submit the deposit ($100/registration).

  6. If you are not accepted, or there is incomplete information we will let you know in writing.  You may submit any changes or corrections in writing to us.

  7. The remainder of fees are due May 31st, 2024.

  8. After that, feel free to get in touch if you have any questions and the countdown to camp is on!
