For Camp Session Fees: All reasonable cancellations/shortened stays will be refunded for only the days a participant did not attend camp (minus the $100 deposit). Refunds must be requested by letter, addressed to the Camp Director after departure from camp. Letters will be reviewed by the Camp Director to ensure accuracy of the reason.
REFUND REQUESTS ARE DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PARTICIPANT’S LAST DAY AT CAMP.
All refunds are reviewed and considered in November, a refund cheque may not arrive to you until late November. All unrequested refunds get donated back to the camp.

For Tuck Shop Purchases: We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is at the buyers expense, drop-off and pick up may be available in the summer months. Please contact us if you wish to return/exchange in-person.
